2. Returns

NetBatts' policy is to provide our customers with superior service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price. Furthermore, our products carry a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

In order to return a product, e-mail us at RMA@NetBatts.com. Please include your name, day-time phone number, order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Once your product has been received and inspected, you will be issued a refund on your credit card for cost of the product.

3. Selection

It is NetBatts' goal to have the largest selection of batteries and portable accessories anywhere. If you can't find a product, let us know. Tell us the device manufacturer and model number, and any part numbers on the accessory itself. We'll make every effort to locate it for you.

Virtually all of the products listed on our web site are in stock and ready to ship to you. If a product is out of stock, we'll notify you by email and give you a choice to wait or receive a full refund.

4. Finding the Right Item

How to use the search function:

Finding the product you're looking for couldn't be easier. We provide you with two convenient methods to quickly locate the right battery or AC adapter for your portable device:

Search
Our search engine lets you search by any combination of product names and part numbers. Simply type in the manufacturer name and/or the model of your device. Our powerful search engine will give you a list of the matches from our extensive product database.

Once you've located the item you're looking for click on the "Add" button to add the product to your order or change the quantity prior to adding to your shopping cart.

When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button inside the Order Box.

Browse
NetBatts is divided into category sections, based on the type of device you wish to purchase an accessory for:

Laptops (Notebooks and Laptops) - Look in this category for batteries (Main batteries, CMOS and RAM Backup batteries), AC Adapters, Air Adapters, Auto Adapters and combo Auto/Air Adapters for portable computers.

Cellular Phones - This category offers Batteries, Adapters, Chargers and Accessories a wide combination of cell phone models.

Camcorders - Browse this category if you're looking for camcorder batteries and charges.

Digital Cameras - Check out our comprehensive selection of batteries and chargers for your digital camera.

Cordless Phones - We carry batteries for all brands and models of cordless phones.

Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS's) - Browse our extensive collection of replacement batteries for UPS's.

PDAs - We carry many of the batteries for the most widely sold PDAs.

Power Tools - Never get caught without a fresh spare from our cordless power tool battery selection.

Desktops - From time to time, even old faithful needs a CMOS or RAM battery. Scan for your make and model in our desktop section.

Select the category type of the device you want to purchase accessories for and then choose a manufacturer name from the corresponding list. A list of models (that are associated with the manufacturer name you chose) will appear; choose the model that you're looking for and our search engine will display all of the applicable products.

Once you've located the item you're looking for click on the "Add" button to add the product to your order or change the quantity prior to adding to your shopping cart.

When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button inside the Order Box.

5. Pricing

We offer consistently low prices on our entire inventory of batteries and accessories. On average, you'll save between 20-40% off of regular retail prices!

The total amount of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping costs (which will be displayed at the time you place your order). Only Utah residents pay sales tax.

NetBatts requires a minimum total product price of $10.00. If your products do not total a minimum of $10.00, your order will be adjusted to a minimum of $10.00 plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times

NetBatts is proud to offer wide variety of shipping options to meet your time sensitive needs. These options vary from ground delivery to overnight. The amount of freight will automatically be calculated by our system using the ship to address and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected.

To determine when your order will arrive you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day you place your order (if the order is placed before noon MST) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after that time). Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.

Shipping times vary by shipping method and location:

In rare cases the item you've ordered will not be in stock (this is called a backorder). We will notify you if this is the case and ask you if you still wish to place the order. If you decide to place the order, you will then be notified by e-mail as to the expected ship date. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is available. If you've placed an order for several items and not all of them are in stock, you will be shipped multiple packages.

7. Security Guarantee

Shopping online at NetBatts is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. In fact, due to our secure server SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology, shopping online with us is much safer than using your credit card at a regular store or restaurant.

Our secure server software encrypts all of the information that you give, ensuring that your transactions with us stay private and secure. Every purchase you make at NetBatts is backed by our security guarantee - if any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your purchases with us, notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own, the credit card provider finds credit card fraud but does not completely waive your liability, NetBatts will reimburse you for the remaining liability up to a maximum of US $50.00. This guarantee applies to credit card purchases made using NetBatts' secure server.

Furthermore, you can be assured that the information you give us is private. We do not sell, rent or share information about our customers.

8. Placing an Order

Ordering at NetBatts is fast and easy. Simply let our system lead you through the ordering process. Once you've located the item you're looking for, follow the steps below:

1. To add an item to your order, click on the "Add" button found next to the item. If you wish to order a larger quantity, change the quantity in the box next to the "Add" button, and then click "Add".

The item you've selected will be place in your shopping cart.

2. If you want to change the quantity of an item that you've already added to your order, go to the shopping cart, type the new quantity into the space next to the item (where the current quantity ordered is) and then click on the update button to modify your quantities and prices.

3. When you're finished shopping, click the on the "Checkout" button inside the Order Box.

4. Fill out the online order form making sure you enter your correct information. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. The processing takes just seconds and is 100% secure.

5. You're done! NetBatts will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive an email with order tracking information.
